Gus Pappas, Owner & Founder
Every home tells a story, and so does the builder behind it. Gus Pappas, founder of Pappas Homes, brings together his engineering background, family heritage, and passion for residential construction. After earning a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, a minor in Spanish, and an MBA, Gus spent six years as a licensed engineer before turning his focus to luxury homebuilding. Inspired by his family’s roots in Greece, he combines precision with artistry, guiding clients through a thoughtful building process. Since founding Pappas Homes in 2022, his vision has been to create homes that feel timeless, personal, and enduring.
In 2021, Gus Pappas earned the distinguished Leadership Award, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the industry.
